How are your garments made?

Each garment is entirely designed, cut and handmade by one person in softandwet's studio using locally sourced quality fabrics such as Italian silk and recycled nylon. The process is slow but filled with my best care.

Where are you based?

The project, and its entire process, takes place in softandwet's studio in my hometown, Italy.

How often do you restock?

Since all garments are handmade, quantities are limited and stock can often vary due to my fabrics' availability. However, most styles will restock regularly. Follow softandwet's Instagram page or subscribe to softandwet's newsletter to receive updates on restocks and new drops.

What size should I order?

Stay true to your size and size up only for extra cup space or general coverage. All sets will slightly stretch when on and wear comfortably. However, make sure to read each product's description for specific fit recommendations.

How do I wash my item?

I recommend to wash all your items by hand to avoid any possible damage. Wash colours separately and hang or lay flat to air dry. Check each product's description for specific wash instructions.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve made a mistake or would like to make any changes to your order, please contact me via email at info@softandwetundies.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.
